Only posting this really because of the other reviews......Whilst I get the waiting times are very frustrating with certain doctors in the practise, I have to say that I find Dr. Shmitgen takes whatever time it takes (like the old days) with patients and is thorough in her investigations. I no longer live local to this practise but have no desire to change, other surgeries have waiting time problems too, not with the same quality of service! Id rather wait a bit and come away feeling positive than wait and come away no better than when I went!
Everytime I call i have to tell a non medically trained staff member (receptionist) what the issue is. If you decline then you can't book a appointment with the doctor. Most ridiculous service, no concept of privacy for the patient
45 minutes and still waiting absolutely useless... And they keep telling you if you have not been seen in 20minutes talk to reception.. been to her twice ... Dr schmitgan is running late... I've lost 2 hours of work and still sat in waiting room.... Absolutely shame with this surgery
