Staff have no people skills make you feel very uncomfortable they were referring to me and my sister as 'them' when we were sat right there. They were arguing amongst eachother about how they don't have time to do our hair then they tried giving us alternatives to what we booked in although they stated they were happy to do so on the phone.So we walked out and they were happy to let us walk away unhappy. Salon is practically a street away from home so use to go here regularly have not visited since highly recommend Hollywood hair salon very good with customers and do an amazing job I'm glad this happened as we have found our go to salon.
Customer service was poor. Made me feel like an inconvenience whilst I was there
Took my two boys here today, a lovely place with boys felt welcome. Staff were very nice and helpful. No doubt will return to have my own hair done and my daughters.
