Lovely family run business, job completed within the time frame given. Looked around a few companys before the purchase and can honestly say they were the most helpful and well within our budget given. Recommended to lots of family and friends and if a new kitchen was needed again we would not hesitate to use this company. First class service.
Fabulous family owned business. I have had 2 kitchens from them in 2 different homes and was delighted beyond expectation on both occasions. They really listen to you and work to your budget. The quality of the units and of the workmanship was exceptional.
I am so disappointed by the customer service of this place. They say they are open on Saturday, but I come to the shop on Saturday and nobody is there plus the shop is closed. I then proceed to call them and nobody answers. Therefore, I come back on Monday and the owner showed me the kitchen designs. He then told me that I would receive emails, calls and a quota from him. However, to this day I have not received anything at all and I've been waiting for over 2 months, I've also gotten no answer from anybody associated with the business.
Absolutley terrible serivce, requested a quote and then I had to chase them up, thats before they got any money from me! I can only imagine what they'd be like had I actually ordered a kitchen from them.
