I would like to say that Farnell Land Rover Nelson have been absolutely superb with me, I could not recommend them more! After being told by Inchcape LR Preston that I had a problem with my brakes and would have to pay 650 as they aren't covered by warranty, I decided to make the journey over to Farnell LR. The process from start to finish dealing with Martyn Edwards, from the service department, has been a pleasure. He really listened to the problem I had with my car and found that it would be covered by the warranty. Real service as you would expect from Land Rover. Will be purchasing my next cars from here!

They are simply Unbelievable! When you are dealing with a Land Rover garage you expect them to be honest at the very least! Allison (head of business) and other people there sounds like a bunch of Chavs trying to act smart! Horrible after sale service. You just simply dont get no where if you starts getting the problems with your car you purchased from them. What a bunch of crooks!

Found a Discovery Sport in Grey. We felt we had been ignored at other JLR dealers or were not taken seriously. Even though they were very busy, a sales manager came over, helped us in-between running round trying to help everyone. That impressed us alone. Loved the car, didn't even test drive it as it was well priced. Bought it there and then. Even during and after the prep, we were kept informed every step and collected it today. They couldn't help us enough or be nicer. All the staff were friendly, professional and polite. We went on a recommendation and will recommend them to everyone inc family. Finally a firm that understands how to look after customers. I say well done and thank you. I'd give you 6 stars but it won't let me. Thanks again, Chris
