Lots of places say they take Customer Service seriously. Millennium Van Sales really do. I'd never bought a van before and drove away very happily. When I had a query later on the issue was dealt with professionally, courteously and promptly. I rate this company very highly and will definitely visit again when I need another van.

Dear DannyI take exception to your review as it is unfair and at no point were we uncooperative or unhelpful, quite the opposite actually and need to set the record straight.I think us supplying you with a new gearbox was very fair indeed and I suspect anyone now reading this would agree.Now that in itself might not appear fair, however when I explain that you had driven the vehicle from our site to your army base in Germany, perhaps people might now see us as being fair, considering we didn't argue with you about it or make a huge song and dance about you having to return the vehicle.I would also like to add that I doubt many other garages would have taken you at your word, most if not all, would have just said 'If there is a fault, bring it back'.We are sorry and it is rather a shame that Mr Locking felt he had to leave such a review regarding our service and quality of vehicle.We sell hundreds of vehicles a year and it is always disappointing when a vehicle does not live up to expectation. However, we ensure all our vehicles are fit for purpose and endeavour to provide a service second to none.
Initial contact was very good, came over as very helpful. After travelling from Germany and spending the night in a B&B I bought the van. Again initially very good until I drove off the lot. Gearbox went and had to document all contact when it was actually answered as I expected to involve a lawyer. I am still feeling the repercussions of this vehicle months later.
