i have been in pain for three days no appointments and i rang them in the morning they said that they will put it on a list and they will call me no they didnt. really bad. DONT GO THERE
Absolutely disgusting service never can get an appointment even though they say call 8:30 you'll be put on a triage list and if the doctor thinks you are worthy enough to be seen then they ring you back otherwise die in silence at home pathetic absolutely utterly pathetic..
Appointment system is ridiculous. If you work your not an emergency. Reception staff are on a power hungry trip, there right regardless.No manners no patience and certainly no compassion. Horrific is all I can describe it as, only upside is the Docters really dontake an interest and help in anyway they can. However you do need to get past the horror of reception
Trying to call and arrange appointment is a nightmare. Constant calls being I believe deliberately cut during the morning. Poor service and can't even blame NHS cuts as Lancashire has enough money ploughed into it compared to other county's.
