Downright bizzare system where you have to ring up at 8 a.m for any future appointment, yet can be kept waiting until 9 a.m and suddenly kicked off the phone! Once it is 9 they are suddenly unable to make future appointments. Feel sorry for those people working during those hours who obviously can't make appointments. A couple of good doctors work there but majority barely know or care what they are on about, for e.g was given anxiety meds and told I could crush them as I can't swallow pills, once I opened the packet and read the warnings it said swallow hole do not crush. You trying to get me killed ffs?!? Most decent doctor there is the older Eastern European Doctor who acts like he studied, unlike Dr. Sunhil who tells people regularly that they are "too young" to be depressed... Abysmal and should be under investigation.
Lucky to even get that if was a option for zero star id of picked it! The receptionist involved is so arrogant and stuck up its unreal! Never known it to take 6 days for a prescription for a premature baby who was born at 26 week who needs his special milk! This has happened twice! The lack of care given towards us when we question it is shocking! What do you feed a baby when he has special milk oh thats right we have to buy normal milk which then upsets his tummy with mixing milk! Why the pharmacy cant stock some as spare i dont know as that would be the logical thing to do for just incase of emergencies like this when its taking a week to get the stuff ordered in!
Only giving 1 star so I can leave a review.Otherwise would be a 0.My review is the same as all others here.If there could be a contest for the worst doctors surgery in England these lot would win.Impossible to get an appointment.you ring at 8, get put on hold for 20 minutes usually, and then either get cut off or told there are no appointments left.also cant seem to book appoimtments in the future.sonething about their inept computer system.the receptionists are consistently rude and unhelpful and very slow to speak to people.A few times they have spent so long gossiping and ignoring people that a massive queue builds up and then they tell you that you are late for your appointment so they have cancelled it! Nowhere else would staff get away with being so rude and unprofessional.Also everytime I try to order a repeat prescription they get it wrong and then say its your fault.So basically no appointments even if you are seriously ill, rude staff, different drs each time who dont know your history and awful computer and repeat prescription system.And this has been going on for ages.Why are they not being investigated or re- trained?
Called this morning to enquire about an overdue patient access repeat prescription again, several times they have not fulfilled these online based repeats now, I am sure they just don't check them. but the normal response has been sorry the doctor is sick, 3 times they have used this excuse. Further to that, I am disgusted at being placed in a Que for 20 minuets to get through to speak about the problem, to get to number one in Que and be greeted with a recorded voice message saying sorry all our staff are busy and to call back later. why let someone wait 20 minutes in a Que if your just going to hang up at the end. disgusting and total lack of customer/patient care and consideration. if your looking to join a Doctors read the google reviews and re-consider...
Appointments either for the same day (gone by 8.15am) or exactly 14 days in advance (gone by 9.30am and can't book Mondays in advance because apparently the computer system doesn't release Mondays). Receptionists and phone staff are incredibly rude and will not give answers past yes/no, never mind anything that might be helpful.One doctor (a lady) I saw was nice, the other two doctors didn't even listen to me before assuming incorrectly they knew what was the matter.I would not recommend going to this practice.
