Absolutely disgusting attitude problem with old Asian male with short beard and glasses. Asked for driving license application form then started having a go at me saying the post office dose not pay him to supply the public with any forms as such. Will never be going there again. Will rather travel then to do business again with this ungrateful old man.
The two Asian men are Rude, arrogant, ignorant, obnoxious, unethical, out and out liars. Pathetic service - Every time. I have actually officially complained the Post Office about them. I have received a written apology from the Post Office who told me they will be disciplined utilising their internal procedures. But I replied to say I want the two guys to apologise but more importantly to improve the quality of service, which we all as citizens and tax payers are entitled to and deserve

Rudest service I have ever experienced. I was told not to return if I was posting prepaid parcels because the counter staff "did not come here from India to work for free". (Those words were said verbatim by the man who served me). I was told to go to Royal Mail sorting office in future if I had prepaid labels. I don't know how they get away with treating people so badly. Truly shocking.
Incompetent, disinterested, dont waste youre time. I only went there because it was closer to me, its worth going to Burnley instead just to avoid these people. They need to shut this place down.
