Do not go to this store, the owner who has this dirty shop is completely a fool. He should not have a Post Office, as he is doing a brand damage for Royal Mail.
Exactly the same happened to me as the previous review regarding parcelforce drop off. The person who runs the post office wasn't interested when confronted with the problem. DO NOT use this post office. Even the one in Nelson center is better and that is saying something
Absoloutly disgusting, sent a parcel from this astablishment threw parcel force the owner did not scan it on the system to notifiy that there is a parcel for parcel force so he just put it with the royal mail wich i can not track because diffrent refence number etc so it will be stuck in "limbo" untill they noticed there is a parcel just sitting there, because of this post office incompitence.. Disgusting and rude on the phone i will never be using this astablishment again.
Fantastic little post office with long opening hours. Always willing to help and advise, but dont forget, he has Post Office legislation that he has to comply with, its his livelihood!!
THE WORST POST OFFICE OWNER EVER.HE HAS AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE.I USED TO GO THERE REGULAR BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO MY HOUSE. FIRST OF ALL I HAD TO POST AN IMPORTANT LETTER I WENT TO HIS POST OFFICE AND I HAD TO WAIT IN THE QUE FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR THEN WHEN IT WAS FINALLY MY TURN HE SAID IM CLOSED NOW THERE WAS STILL 3 MINUTES LEFT IT WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN TOOK HIM MINUTE TO POST THE LETTER HE SAID IM NOT SERVING ANY BODY. THEN HE GOT ALL AFENSIVE.HES LOOKY NO BODY HAS HIT HIM YET.HIS POST OFFICE NEEDS CLOSING DOWN.ALSO I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH COMPLAINTS READ REST OF THE COMMENTS
