Poor. Very poor. First moved into property and it was all a tip no lights working and the kitchen was incomplete and full of rubbish. The living room fire was disconnected. It took the guy 7 months to come around and fix the things and complete the kitchen. Oven is still not fitted in due to s gas pipe at the back and all the landlord does is say yes sort it in a few days. Not shows his face when the rent is due. I would personally not recommend this letting agency due to the lack of responsibility and also rude. The owner of the house had come and the letting agent had messaged saying tell him everything is getting fixed. The audacity of him. Nothing got fixed until the actual landlord turned up and things are still not done. Also the landlord gets told a different story. You could be giving rent of 340 a month butvthe lamdlord gets told its 400 lol. Shady and sly. NOT RECOMMENDED.
