payed 3000 for a car that had nothing but problems with and in less then 10 months i had to scrap the car due to the cost of putting the problems right. sales person definitely mis sold this car with the things that went on.
I'd never go back to Perry's again. Always had bad service. Once they've got your money it's all down hill from there. Great garage if u like breaking the law and want to drive around uninsured and not taxed in a dirty car with no documents
Booked in for a service at Perrys Citroen but a sign directed me to Perry's Peugot (why didn't they tell me this when I booked ?). Booked in at 0830 and then the car remained untouched for more than 50 minutes (even though the staff knew I was waiting).At reception I was told the charge would be 179 or 199 if the car required a pollen filter (on a first service ?).On completion I was charged 199. I paid and and walked away studying the invoice. The pollen filter was not on the list of parts used. I pointed this out this to the receptionist who made a call and said they don't have any.She refunded the 20 and I asked to see the Service Manager. I Explained the problems but met with not much more than indifference and mention of a service plan. (FOR the 3rd time that morning).If I ever take on a Citroen service plan, it would most definitely not be with this garage. I regard them at best to be incompetent, but most likely deceitful. Never again.
Friendly yet professional service. I felt my custom was of value - not the same can be said of other garages I've approached in the past. A pleasurable buying experience. Salesman I dealt with was lovely. Unfortunately he had to pass me to his manager to look for car deals available. He didn't listen to what I wanted, despite the salesman trying to point this out to him. He was very rude when I asked him after 30 minutes how much longer he would be. I have bought a car from here before and they were superb but it has gone completely downhill. The used cars seemed to be quite expensive for the condition they were in. I would personally avoid
